~ NY STYLE PIZZA CRUST ~

2/3 c warm water (put into machine) add:

1 T olive oil, 1 t dried garlic pieces, 1/2 T fresh chopped rosemary (I did chives instead)

measure out:
2 1/4 c ap flour
1 t cornmeal
1/2 t salt
1 t sugar
Pout that onto water and goodies in machine- add 2 t yeast

set to dough and in a little more than an hour- a huge ball of dough will be awaiting you in machine.

I put dough into oiled bowl /covered for another 15-20 minutes after removing from machine, for another quick rise. (my machine already does the second rise, so I don't do this)

So, we decided to put mozzarella in the crust - stuffed crust! It worked really, really well! Matt isn't a huge crust/edge fan so this made it so even he liked it:)

Slide it on the pan - I told Matt he better not get my gut in this picture!

We always just put sautéed mushroom's on ours... Yummm!

CHEESE. Lots of cheese. I actually think there was a little much on there this time. A little overpowering:) But, Matt loves his cheese!

The first cut:)
Cheesy!
This is an amazing crust recipe! Best one I'm made... and I've been trying lots of them for a long time. I hate the mix ones. I love the real bread like ones. More time involved, but so, so worth it! We have been doing this about once a week it's so good! Try it soon!!! And enjoy!
