Rhubarb Pie

Pie Crust

1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Crisco
3/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Boiling Water

Rhubarb Pie

Slightly Beat 3 eggs
Add 3 Tbsp. Milk

2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Tsp. Nutmeg

Add to eggs and mix with 4 cups rhubarb.
Put in pie shill with 1 Tbsp. butter on top.

Bake at 350 till set

This pie is so, so good. You have the taste of rhubarb but not the very tartness of it. It's kind of custard like. Very good!
