{Quiche}

I made some Quiche yesterday and it was so good!

I love anything w/ a pie type crust involved! I didn't really use a recipe, but I'll try and guess a little=)

Quiche
Mix all together:
Anywhere from 8 to 12 eggs - depending on how big your pie plate is
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
A little hot sauce if you like
About a 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheese, we use Colby Jack
About 1/2 - 3/4 cup frozen broccoli, thawed, drained well and chopped. We've also used fresh asparagus - pre-cooked.

Put all of that into a slightly pre-baked 9 in. pie shell. Bake a 350* til it looks golden brown and done. Enjoy!
